Our pieces are perfect for festivals, parties, costumes & events. Each individual piece is lovingly handmade in our
East London home studio where we use a mixture of new, old and recycled materials to create each individual piece.

Interested in a custom order?
As well as our pre-made pieces, we also provide a custom order service. This service is limited in our
peak season (summer), so please be sure to give our team as much notice as possible when requesting a one-off design.

What are the sizes?
Most of our headpieces are one size, and have elastic and ribbons to secure them in place.
All our frames are slightly flexible too. For headpieces which are on a frame, it is best to
secure underneath the hair for extra safety. If you are worried about the sizes, please
do not hesitate to contact us and we can discuss this with you.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on our products.
Each and every piece we create is completely handmade, therefore there may slight imperfections.
We check every piece for damages before shipping, but please do consider this before purchasing.
If you do have any problems with your order please contact us immediately so that
we can solve the problem. Please DO NOT send any items back without getting in touch first.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship internationally.
We recommend that you purchase tracked shipping for international orders.
This way we can provide you with a tracking number.
Any customs charges in your country are NOT the responsibility of
Headspace Headdresses, and will fall to the purchaser of the piece.
Custom taxes and duties
All international customers are responsible for custom taxes incurred on delivery, and avoiding these taxes is illegal.
We will not mark anything as a 'Gift' or at a lower value so that a customer can avoid taxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If the product is in stock and pre-made we aim to ship within 1-3 working days.
If the product is listed as ‘made to order’ or ‘pre-order’ this means that it has yet to be made, and therefore
will take longer to get to you. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped.
We make our products in the order in which we receive orders, so sometimes there might be a production queue ahead of you.
We will let you know the approximate timings for your headpiece once it has been ordered.
Alternatively you can get in touch beforehand to see how long it will take.
Shipping times depend on the postage option you choose.
Domestic Packages Lost?
There are cases where packages are lost or delayed. Please bear this in mind when purchasing your postage option.
If you choose tracked post then you will be provided with a tracking number. If you do not choose to purchase tracked
Postage we cannot be held responsible and can’t do anything if your order is lost or stolen.
If the tracking says that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received your package, please wait until the end
of the week or a few more days to be sure that the mail is missing. Sometimes the post office may have a scanning mistake or
have not delivered to the correct address. Please be sure to contact your local post office or ask your neighbours first.

Do you loan out headdresses for fashion shoots / music videos?
Yes, please email us directly: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that we do not loan out all pieces. If you let us know what you are interested in, we will see what we can do.
We will loan out pieces for a set amount of time and any late returns of our pieces will incur a late fee of £25 per day.
If any damages are made to the piece, all costs must be incurred by yourself or your company.
